  • Reformer Dynamics (Intermediate/Advanced): A faster-paced class for those looking to deepen their practice and test their limits.

  • Reformer HIIT: Combines reformer Pilates with high-intensity intervals for a dynamic, cardio-driven workout.

Reformer Pilates Classes

Reformer Fundamentals

  • If you're new to Pilates or been practicing for years, this class is a great place to start at Sixtwo. Our experienced trainers will guide you through the exercises, offering modifications and progressions to suit your individual needs and fitness level. The class is designed to flow at a moderate pace, so you'll have time to get comfortable with the movements and build up your strength and flexibility.

    You'll work on a variety of exercises that target the core muscles, as well as the arms, legs, and glutes. The focus is on proper form and technique to ensure that you get the most out of each movement and reduce the risk of injury.

Reformer Dynamics

  • If you're looking to take your Pilates practice to the next level, Reformer Dynamics is the class for you. Designed for reformer enthusiasts who are comfortable with the basic movements and ready to challenge themselves, this class offers a variety of advanced exercises that will help you build strength and improve your overall fitness.

  • Are you ready to sweat and get your heart rate up in a fun and challenging Pilates class? Then our Sixtwo Signature Reformer Circuit class is just what you're looking for. Inspired by HIIT interval training, this class moves through quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short recovery periods. It's designed to burn calories, sculpt and tone your muscles, and get those happy endorphins flowing.

    This class is suitable for all people and fitness levels, as long as you have a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Pilates. It's a great way to mix up your workouts and try something new.
