• Classes must be cancelled 6 hours prior to the start of the booked class to avoid the client forfeiting the class. On the event the client cancels the class 6 hours or more before the start of class, the class will be credited back to their account.

• On the event the client cancels the class in less than 6 hours before the start of class, the client will forfeit the class and not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class. Late cancel fee of $5 applies to any cancelation made less than 6 hrs.

• If you book a class, do not cancel and do not show, a fee of $10 will be charged.

• If the client fails to attend the class (no show) they will not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class.

• Cancelations via email, phone or social media will not be accepted. The client must cancel their class the same way they made the booking, either via the MINDBODY app or MINDBODY Online, Sixtwo Website or Sixtwo Branded App.

• Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes if there is less than 2 people booked into the class. On the occasion the class is cancelled by Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga the client will have the class credited back to their account.

• Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is committed to ensuring their client’s information is secure.

• No late entry permitted. Doors are locked once class has started. Please be aware that if the client is late for a class, they will not be able to train and this will be considered as a no show.

• Sessions are not transferable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class.

• Clients must check in with the instructor upon arrival for class. Doors open 10 minutes prior to class commencement.

• Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes.

• Pregnancy:

  * If you are new to the studio and less than 16 weeks pregnant, you are welcome to join our Reformer group classes.

  * If you are new to the studio and 16 weeks or more in your pregnancy term, you will need to contact us to discuss if our group classes are suitable for you. Classes cannot be attended past 16 weeks for a new client without written approval from Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga.

  * Current clients are welcome to continue participating in our Reformer group classes throughout the term of your pregnancy upon clearance from your OB or health care professional.

• Underage Client Policy:

  * Clients must be aged 16 and over.

  * Any clients between the ages of 16 & 18 must have their new client form signed by a parent/guardian in person prior to the start of class. The parent/guardian does not need to participate in the class.

  * No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend classes.

• The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.

• The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

• Clients must be able to complete 90% off the class without modifications from the trainer to participate. Clients with any significant injury or illness (or similar), must have documentation from a medical practitioner to clear them for group fitness classes, and that they can safely complete 90% of the class without modifications.

There will be NO EXTENSIONS, ALTERATIONS or REFUNDS on any packs or memberships. On the case of a medical reason, the client must provide medical documentation from a registered health practitioner for any alterations.

I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

I understand the importance of informing the instructor if I am pregnant before joining any class. Mat classes, due to their heated nature, are not recommended during pregnancy. Reformer classes, being an athletic group fitness style, are also not designed for pregnancy beyond the first trimester. I acknowledge the responsibility to inform the instructor if I am pregnant prior to participating in any class.

I am not currently aware of any medical condition that might impede my ability to engage in Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga activities. If I have any concerns about my health, I commit to consulting with my physician before participating. It is recommended that you consult with your doctor or obstetrician to determine the suitability of the classes for you, and obtaining a clearance letter before starting any classes is advisable.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga staff member. • The use of drugs, medication, or alcohol prior to or during the infrared sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness. Clients using any medications must consult a physician or pharmacist prior to the use of the sauna.

• Please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your ability to use the infrared sauna for health reasons.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the infrared sauna.

• Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy, or heat exhausted.

• Sauna sessions should be limited to no more than 45 minutes, and temperatures must stay below 60 degrees Celsius.

• Plastic water bottles are not permitted in the sauna.

• Towels must be used at all times in the sauna to sit on and clothes must remain on for hygiene purposes.

• Pregnant women are not authorised to enter the sauna. Excessive body temperatures have the potential to cause foetal damage during pregnancy.

• Cancellation of a session must be made at least 6 hours prior to the booked time.

• Appointments in the sauna will run back to back with allocated time for cleaning the Sauna. If you are running late, you will cut into your 45-minute session. 

• Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga will not be held responsible for cancellation that falls out of these times, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.  

• On the event you fall ill or are unable to attend a session due to medical reasons, a medical certificate must be provided, and your session(s) will be reimbursed accordingly. 

• I agree that Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while in a session.

• I am aware that I am participating in an infrared sauna session at Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga at my own will and voluntarily participate in them, knowing that there may be a risk of injury, property loss or death. 

• I am aware that the staff at Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga are not medical professionals and cannot provide me with medical advice regarding my fitness, injuries, or illnesses.

• I agree that I or any legal representatives will not sue or make any claims against Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga or its staff on the event personal injury, property damage or loss or wrongful death upon my own negligence is caused.

• By booking a class online or in the studio, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions as detailed by Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga. 

• I have answered the above questions to the best of my ability, and all the information provided is correct and relevant.

• If any information needs to be updated, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga of the changes.

• I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna. l, on behalf of myself and any of my heirs, executors, representatives, or assignees, hereby waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the infrared sauna and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative. I agree that this Application and Waiver is in effect for all infrared sauna sessions and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party.
