Classes must be paid in advance of each class attended.
Payment is to be made at the time of the booking.
Payment for classes can be made via Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga MINDBODY app, MINDBODY online or in person at the studio prior to the start of class.

Reformer Studio Intro Offer, Mat Studio Intro Offer and 21 day Unlimited Intro Offer, is available to new clients only. This offer may only be purchased once. The offer is non-refundable nor transferable.
All passes and packs will activate from the date of purchase.
All packs must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $15 reprocessing fee.
Flexible packs valid at the studio of purchase only, will expire 12 months after the date of purchase, sessions are non transferable and refunds will only be granted due to medical reasons in which documentation must be provided.
Private sessions are valid for 6 months and are non refundable. Cancelations must be made 24hrs prior to the booked session.
There will be NO extensions or alterations on any packs or memberships unless a medical reason arises. On this event the client must provide medical documentation from a registered health practitioner.
If purchasing a pack, casual class, membership or intro offer, individuals are consenting to being charged no-show fees, late cancellation fees, late-processing fees or casual classes (if the class has not yet been paid for).

Classes must be cancelled 6 hours prior to the start of the booked class to avoid the client forfeiting the class. On the event the client cancels the class 6 hours or more before the start of class, the class will be credited back to their account.
On the event the client cancels the class in less than 6 hours before the start of class, the client will forfeit the class and not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class. Late cancel fee of $5 applies to any cancelation made less than 6 hrs.
If you book a class, do not cancel and do not show, the client will forfeit the class and not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class. A No-Show fee of $10 will be charged.
If the client fails to attend the class (no show) they will not be entitled to any refund or credit for the class.
Cancelations via email, phone or social media will not be accepted. The client must cancel their class the same way they made the booking, either via the MINDBODY app or MINDBODY Online, Sixtwo Website or Sixtwo Branded App.
Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes if there is less than 2 people booked into the class. On the occasion the class is cancelled by Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga the client will have the class credited back to their account.

Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is committed to ensuring their client’s information is secure.
No late entry permitted. Doors are locked once class has started. Please be aware that if the client is late for a class, they will not be able to train and this will be considered as a no show.
Sessions are not transferable to another individual and CANNOT under any circumstances be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be turned away from the class.
Clients must check in with the instructor upon arrival for class. Doors open 10 minutes prior to class commencement.
Grip socks must be worn for all Reformer classes.

* If you are new to the studio and less than 16 weeks pregnant, you are welcome to join our Reformer group classes.
* If you are new to the studio and 16 weeks or more in your pregnancy term, you will need to contact us to discuss if our group classes are suitable for you. Classes cannot be attended past 16 weeks for a new client without written approval from Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga.
* Current clients are welcome to continue participating in our Reformer group classes throughout the term of your pregnancy upon clearance from your OB or health care professional.
Underage Client Policy:
* Clients must be aged 16 and over.
* Any clients between the ages of 16 & 18 must have their new client form signed by a parent/guardian in person prior to the start of class. The parent/guardian does not need to participate in the class.
* No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend classes.
The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.
The studio owner/s and/ or trainers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
Clients must be able to complete 90% off the class without modifications from the trainer to participate. Clients with any significant injury or illness (or similar), must have documentation from a medical practitioner to clear them for group fitness classes, and that they can safely complete 90% of the class without modifications.

There will be NO EXTENSIONS, ALTERATIONS or REFUNDS on any packs, memberships or event tickets. On the case of a medical reason, the client must provide medical documentation from a registered health practitioner for any alterations.

Upfront Membership Terms & Conditions
General Conditions for All Upfront Memberships:
- Upfront memberships are valid from the date of purchase and cannot be extended unless specified.
- Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Access is limited to regularly scheduled classes only, unless otherwise stated.
- All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking, Purchase and Cancellation Policy.
- Sixtwo reserves the right to modify its timetable, instructors, and offerings at any time.
12-Month Unlimited Mat Membership - $1,750
- Unlimited access to regularly scheduled mat classes for 12 months.
- Reformer Pilates classes, pop-ups, workshops and special events are not included.
- Additional reformer classes may be purchased at a flat rate of $18 per class.
- This membership is valid at all Sixtwo studio locations.
- You may place your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week, up to a total of 8 weeks per
year.

I agree that Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
I understand the importance of informing the instructor if I am pregnant before joining any class. Mat classes, due to their heated nature, are not recommended during pregnancy. Reformer classes, being an athletic group fitness style, are also not designed for pregnancy beyond the first trimester. I acknowledge the responsibility to inform the instructor if I am pregnant prior to participating in any class.
I am not currently aware of any medical condition that might impede my ability to engage in Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga activities. If I have any concerns about my health, I commit to consulting with my physician before participating. It is recommended that you consult with your doctor or obstetrician to determine the suitability of the classes for you, and obtaining a clearance letter before starting any classes is advisable.
I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga staff member. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms and Conditions.

The use of drugs, medication, or alcohol prior to or during the infrared sauna session may lead to dizziness or unconsciousness. Clients using any medications must consult a physician or pharmacist prior to the use of the sauna.
Please consult your physician if you are in doubt of your ability to use the infrared sauna for health reasons.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the infrared sauna.
Discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy, or heat exhausted.
Sauna sessions should be limited to no more than 45 minutes, and temperatures must stay below 60 degrees Celsius.
Plastic water bottles are not permitted in the sauna.
Towels must be used at all times in the sauna to sit on and clothes must remain on for hygiene purposes.
Pregnant women are not authorised to enter the sauna. Excessive body temperatures have the potential to cause foetal damage during pregnancy.
Cancellation of a session must be made at least 6 hours prior to the booked time.
Appointments in the sauna will run back to back with allocated time for cleaning the Sauna. If you are running late, you will cut into your 45-minute session.
Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga will not be held responsible for cancellation that falls out of these times, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.
On the event you fall ill or are unable to attend a session due to medical reasons, a medical certificate must be provided, and your session(s) will be reimbursed accordingly.
I agree that Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while in a session.
I am aware that I am participating in an infrared sauna session at Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga at my own will and voluntarily participate in them, knowing that there may be a risk of injury, property loss or death.
I am aware that the staff at Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga are not medical professionals and cannot provide me with medical advice regarding my fitness, injuries, or illnesses.
I agree that I or any legal representatives will not sue or make any claims against Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga or its staff on the event personal injury, property damage or loss or wrongful death upon my own negligence is caused.
By booking a class online or in the studio, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions as detailed by Sixtwo Pilates & Yoga.
I have answered the above questions to the best of my ability, and all the information provided is correct and relevant.
If any information needs to be updated, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Sixtwo Pilates and Yoga of the changes.
I acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna. l, on behalf of myself and any of my heirs, executors, representatives, or assignees, hereby waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the infrared sauna and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative. I agree that this Application and Waiver is in effect for all infrared sauna sessions and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party.

Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the following Sixtwo Kew East pre-opening offers:

These offer-specific terms apply in addition to Sixtwo’s general Purchase Policy, Class Attendance Policy, Cancellation Policy, Client Waiver and other published terms and conditions.
Where there is an inconsistency, these offer-specific terms take priority in relation to the offer price, included classes, eligible studio, commencement date and minimum commitment.
General Conditions Applying to All Kew East Pre-Opening Offers
All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
These offers are valid exclusively for eligible Reformer Pilates classes at Sixtwo Kew East.
These offers cannot be used at Sixtwo Doncaster East, Sixtwo Surrey Hills or any other Sixtwo location.
These offers provide access to regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates classes only.
Private sessions, workshops, pop-ups, special events, instructor training sessions and any separately priced services are not included.
Each offer is personal to the registered purchaser and cannot be shared, transferred, resold or used by another person.
Offers cannot be transferred to another Sixtwo studio, another client account or another product unless approved by Sixtwo in writing.
All classes are subject to timetable availability, class capacity, waitlists, studio operating hours and Sixtwo’s booking policies.
Purchase of an unlimited offer does not guarantee access to a particular class, class time, instructor or number of weekly bookings.
Sixtwo may make reasonable operational changes to its timetable, instructors, opening hours and class formats. Where practicable, clients will be notified of material changes.
Classes must be cancelled at least six hours before the scheduled start time.
A $5 late-cancellation fee applies when a class is cancelled less than six hours before its scheduled start time.
A $10 no-show fee applies when a client does not attend a booked class and has not cancelled the booking.
Class cancellations must be completed through the Sixtwo app, Mindbody or the applicable online booking platform. Class cancellations submitted by email, telephone or social media will not be accepted.
Entry is not permitted after a class has commenced. A client who arrives after the class begins may be treated as a no-show.
Clients must be aged 16 years or older. Clients aged 16 or 17 must comply with Sixtwo’s parental or guardian consent requirements.
The anticipated Kew East opening date is an estimate and may change due to construction, approvals or other circumstances outside Sixtwo’s reasonable control.
Sixtwo will communicate the confirmed opening date, timetable release and booking information to purchasers before opening.
Unless otherwise stated below, purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, non-use or a change in the purchaser’s personal circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

21 Days Unlimited Reformer Intro Offer

The standard purchase price of the offer is $99.
During the advertised pre-launch promotional period, the code KEW10 reduces the purchase price by $10 to $89.
The code must be entered correctly at checkout. It cannot be applied retrospectively after the purchase has been completed.
The code has no cash value and cannot be combined with another discount, promotional code or offer.
This offer is available to new Sixtwo clients only and may be purchased once per person.
The offer provides unlimited access to eligible Reformer Pilates classes at Sixtwo Kew East only.
The offer cannot be used at Doncaster East, Surrey Hills or any other Sixtwo studio.
The 21-day period commences on the date of the first class booked using the offer.
The offer remains active for 21 consecutive calendar days from that commencement date.
The 21-day period continues regardless of how many classes the client books or attends.
The offer must be activated within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed by Sixtwo in writing.
The offer cannot commence before the official opening of Sixtwo Kew East.
If the anticipated opening date changes, the offer will remain available for activation after the revised opening date.
The offer cannot be placed on suspension or paused after activation.
The offer cannot ordinarily be extended because of holidays, non-use, work commitments, failure to book classes or change of mind.
Requests arising from documented medical circumstances may be considered by Sixtwo on a case-by-case basis.
The offer is non-refundable for change of mind, non-use, failure to attend or failure to activate within the permitted period.
The offer is not transferable between clients, accounts, offers or studio locations.
All bookings remain subject to class availability and the general conditions set out above.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Kew East Foundation Membership
Unlimited Reformer Pilates – $55 Per Week
The Kew East Foundation Membership provides unlimited access to eligible Reformer Pilates classes at Sixtwo Kew East only for $55 per week.
The Foundation Membership is limited to the first 50 completed membership purchases.
A Foundation Membership is secured once the client has:
a. completed the membership agreement;
b. provided a valid payment method; and
c. successfully paid the initial $55 membership payment.The initial $55 payment is processed immediately upon signup.
The initial payment is not a joining fee or separate holding deposit. It is the first of the 12 minimum weekly membership payments.
The initial payment covers the member’s first active week of membership once Sixtwo Kew East officially opens.
No further weekly membership debit will be processed before the official membership commencement date.
Unless otherwise agreed by Sixtwo in writing, the Foundation Membership will commence on the official opening date of Sixtwo Kew East.
The second $55 payment will be processed seven days after the membership commencement date.
Subsequent payments will continue weekly on the member’s nominated payment method.
If the opening date changes, the initial $55 payment will remain credited to the member’s first active week.
No further weekly payments will be processed until the revised membership commencement date.
The membership has a minimum commitment of 12 successful weekly payments, including the initial payment processed at signup.
The 12 payments provide approximately three months of active membership access, excluding any approved suspension period.
The membership does not automatically end after the 12th payment.
After the minimum commitment is completed, the membership continues as an ongoing weekly membership until cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Two weekly debit periods, equivalent to 14 days’ notice, are required to cancel the membership.
The membership will end on the later of:
a. the date on which all 12 minimum weekly payments have been successfully received; and
b. the completion of two scheduled weekly debit periods after written cancellation notice is received.Cancellation notice may be submitted before the 12-payment minimum has been completed.
Submitting cancellation notice before or during the minimum commitment does not remove the member’s obligation to complete the 12 minimum payments, subject to any rights available under applicable law.
A cancellation request submitted before the studio opens does not convert the initial $55 payment into a refundable deposit.
The Foundation Membership is valid exclusively at Sixtwo Kew East.
It cannot be used at Doncaster East, Surrey Hills or another Sixtwo location.
The advertised Foundation rate of $55 per week will remain available while the membership remains continuously active.
An approved membership suspension will not cause the member to lose the Foundation rate.
Once the membership is cancelled or terminated, the Foundation rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated unless Sixtwo agrees otherwise in writing.
There is no joining fee for the Foundation Membership.
The membership may be suspended for a minimum of one week and up to a combined total of eight weeks during any 12-month membership period.
A suspension may only commence after the membership has become active.
Suspension requests must be submitted to keweast@sixtwopilatesandyoga.com.au at least seven days before the requested start date.
Suspensions cannot ordinarily be backdated.
Weekly membership payments and booking access will pause during an approved suspension.
Where a suspension occurs during the initial 12-payment minimum period, the minimum commitment will be extended until all 12 successful weekly payments have been received.
A cancellation request may still be submitted while the membership is suspended. However, the minimum payment commitment and applicable cancellation notice period will continue to apply.
The member authorises Sixtwo and its nominated payment provider to process:
a. the initial $55 payment at signup;
b. subsequent weekly membership payments;
c. applicable late-cancellation and no-show fees; and
d. any disclosed failed-payment or reprocessing fees.The member is responsible for keeping their nominated payment information current and ensuring sufficient funds are available.
A $15 reprocessing fee may apply to an unsuccessful scheduled debit.
Booking access may be temporarily suspended while a membership payment remains outstanding.
The initial $55 payment and subsequent payments are non-refundable for change of mind, non-use or a change in personal circumstances.
Nothing in these terms affects any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
12 Months Unlimited Reformer Membership
$2,600 Upfront
The purchase price is $2,600, payable as one upfront payment at the time of purchase.
The advertised equivalent of approximately $50 per week is calculated by dividing the $2,600 upfront payment by 52 weeks.
The $50-per-week figure is provided as a value comparison only. This is not a weekly direct-debit membership.
The membership provides unlimited access to eligible Reformer Pilates classes at Sixtwo Kew East only.
The membership cannot be used at Doncaster East, Surrey Hills or any other Sixtwo location.
The membership does not provide access to Hot Mat Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Meditation or other services available at Sixtwo’s other studios.
The membership is a single 12-month purchase and does not automatically renew at the end of the membership period.
The membership commences on the date of the first Kew East class booked using the membership after the studio opens.
Once activated, the membership remains valid for 12 consecutive months, subject to any approved suspension.
The membership must be activated within 12 months of purchase unless Sixtwo agrees otherwise in writing.
If the anticipated opening date changes, the membership activation date will move accordingly.
A change to the anticipated opening date will not reduce the member’s 12-month access period.
No refund will be provided solely because of a reasonable change to the anticipated opening date, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.
The membership is limited to one purchase per person unless Sixtwo approves otherwise in writing.
The membership is personal to the purchaser and cannot be shared, transferred, resold or used by another person.
The membership cannot be transferred to another studio, another product or another client account.
The membership may be suspended for a minimum of one week and up to a combined total of eight weeks during the 12-month membership period.
Suspension requests must be submitted to keweast@sixtwopilatesandyoga.com.au at least seven days before the requested start date.
Suspension requests cannot ordinarily be backdated.
The membership expiry date will be extended by the duration of an approved suspension.
The membership cannot otherwise be paused or extended because of holidays, non-use, work commitments, relocation, failure to book classes or change of mind.
The upfront membership is non-refundable for:
change of mind;
non-use or limited use;
failure to make bookings;
inability to attend preferred class times;
relocation;
changes to work, family or personal commitments; or
another change in the purchaser’s personal circumstances.
The membership will not be refunded after activation because the client did not use, or did not fully use, the included services.
Requests arising from documented permanent medical incapacity or exceptional circumstances may be considered by Sixtwo on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the circumstances, Sixtwo may approve an extension, suspension or another reasonable arrangement.
Any refund will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise expressly approved by Sixtwo in writing.
All bookings remain subject to timetable availability, class capacity, waitlists and the general conditions set out above.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
